Register Your Device

Thanks for purchasing one of our Wellness Teq devices. We hope you enjoy your product. Please fill and submit the form below in order to register your product with us within 7 days of your purchase. Please remember to always keep a copy of your receipt.

If the device malfunctions, please submit your warranty card together with the machine. So long as you are within your warranty limits, we will repair or replace your device for free. You are only responsible for a shipping & handling fee of $45.00 within the USA, and $95.00 for any shipments outside of the USA (not including custom fees).

The following conditions are not covered:

1. Damage due to incorrect use
2. Damage due to impact
3. Damage due to fire, earthquake, flood, lightning or any weather event
4. Damage due to incorrect storage
5. Damage due to normal wear and tear
